1. Contact Us
Get started by filling out our intake form and submitting the required documentation. This allows us to learn more about your child and begin the process as smoothly as possible.
2. Insurance Verification & Authorization
We’ll work directly with your insurance provider to verify your benefits and obtain authorization for services. Our team will clearly explain your coverage and let you know about any out-of-pocket expenses upfront.
3. ABA Assessment
A BCBA will complete a personalized assessment, collaborate with you on therapy goals, and recommend a customized schedule. You’ll also receive a tour of our therapeutic center to see our space and approach in action.
4. Begin ABA Therapy
Once everything is in place, your child will begin their ABA therapy sessions.
