The Brent Woodall Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable, nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering families of children with Autism and developmental disabilities. The Foundation’s focus is to raise Autism awareness and to further provide education, training, and financial support to families with children who have autism. The Brent Woodall Foundation works with children from birth to 12 years of age, either diagnosed with or showing signs of Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities. The Foundation provides autism services at its local therapeutic center in Irving, Texas, and to families all over the world through the Woodallkids Outreach Program.
In the events of September 11, 2001, the world lost many exceptional individuals who would have gone on to do countless good for their families and friends, their employers, and those less fortunate than themselves.
Brent Woodall was someone whose spirit and dreams must not be forgotten. In addition to being a star in the classroom, on the athletic field, and on Wall Street, Brent had a commitment to children that went beyond the qualities that made him a great husband and father. He and his wife, Tracy, promised each other to dedicate their lives to helping less fortunate children achieve excellence.
After Brent’s death, Tracy Pierce Woodall dedicated herself to keeping the promise that Brent and she had made to each other. With the grit and determination that won her All Ivy League honors in Volleyball as Captain of her Columbia University team, Tracy combined her training in Applied Behavior Analysis and experience with Autism to create the Brent Woodall Foundation for Exceptional Children.
