Our Behavior Technicians receive ongoing training each week to ensure they are providing the highest quality ABA therapy.  We require more than 40 hours of classroom training and 40 hours of hands-on training before technicians lead their own ABA session. In addition, our BCBAs provide regular in-session training and supervision to ensure that treatment programs are being implemented with fidelity and each child’s progress is closely monitored.

As part of our comprehensive whole family approach, we provide ongoing parent training in ABA strategies to ensure parents are actively involved in their child’s progress and development. We aim to empower caregivers with the tools and knowledge needed to support their child’s learning and growth at home and in the community. When appropriate, we include siblings to help foster understanding, strengthen family connections, and create a more supportive home environment.
